LocoMobi, Inc., the leading technology company specializing in cloud-based parking, transit and tolling solutions, has announced its newest installation at Huntington Garage in Downtown Cleveland. Owned by a joint venture between Palatine Capital Partners and Rick West’s firm West FSI, this 1,100-space parking facility is at the heart of the city and less than a mile away from Quicken Loans Arena, House of Blues Cleveland, the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, and much more.
As a full turnkey solution, the brand new, fully-integrated parking network will make this facility the most technologically advanced parking garage in the area. By simplifying and streamlining the entire experience, visitors can easily find a space and start exploring the revitalized urban landscape of Cleveland.
LocoMobi will implement its proprietary cloud-based management system that will manage the facility’s enterprise hardware solutions using ticket dispensers and proximity cards for contract parkers at each point of entry.
“We’re excited to work with LocoMobi on the Huntington Garage project. We selected them after a competitive bidding process for their combination of value and the features and capabilities we wanted to maximize revenue and customer service.” Said Rick West.
In addition, customers will have the ability to pre-book or pay by phone with LocoMobi’s Quickpay mobile payment app for Android and iOS. This enables them to open gates through their patented mobile gate controller at the entry and exit points of the garage to provide real-time lane monitoring. Non-smartphone users can simply pay at the LocoMobi Mojo Xtreme Pay On Foot station or pay in an Express Payment Mojo License Plate Recognition station lane, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and tap-to-pay credit cards.
“Having already implemented our Patented QP QuickPay mobile payment service throughout Cleveland last fall, we’re excited to see our enterprise hardware and software solutions expand throughout the city,” said Grant Furlane, President and CEO of LocoMobi. “We’re connecting people and vehicles seamlessly through the cloud and now we finally have the opportunity to add a premier parking facility to our network. In Cleveland”

LocoMobi is a cloud-based parking, transit, and tolling company that produces and distributes pioneering technology to travelers and parking providers throughout the United States. Through their License Plate Recognition (LPR) system, they offer a complete revenue engine that also provides a refined process for virtual permitting systems, including violation and citation management. LocoMobi also designed and implemented the first LPR-based system, incorporating payment stations and barrier gates, which was integrated into a single cloud-based system. Lastly, the company designs and implements a complete suite of traditional parking systems, including the conventional machine-readable ticket systems and can combine them with license plate recognition as one single solution for airport and seaport parking providers.
